The community of St. John the Evangelist Parish rejoices with you and your family. We are delighted that you have chosen our parish for your child’s Baptism. Please complete the Baptism Registration form below to register your child for baptism. Please note throughout the season of Lent we do not celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism.
